Change "Website Will On at" text

How do I change the "Website Will On at" text?? I couldn't find settings to change this anywhere.

Yes I know that and appreciate it, this was for others who might search this forum.

Also I assume the original poster of this message might still want to know what the solutions is and I assumed they would get an email alert once it had be updated.
