off-canvas menu not working

Hi

I am using the Creative template with Joomla 3.4 and the settings are;
Collapse navigation for small screens is OFF
Off-canvas Sidebar is On with Reveal as the effect
The main menu module is published in the off-canvas position.

The icon shows when the website is viewed on a small screen but when it is clicked nothing happens.

Any help would be much appreciated.
