CSS - Change - Website reload

Hello - i have change the css a little:
.t3-mainnav ul.navbar-nav > li > a {
padding: 36px 23px!important; }

The reason is because the menu was to big and it shows on 2 lines. now it is on 1 line.

The problem is if you load or reload the page. in the first 3 second it shows still on 2 lines... than it transforms to 1 line.

is there another css loading befor?

About your problem I checked your site and maybe your screen in too small, that cause this error. I checked on our screen and all working fine.
But I think It's not a bug. If you want to check have bootstrap.css and template.css load before it!
