menu themes - not working as intended.

Hi

I am running a association owned website at www.dampskib.dk/dk where I can't get the menu themes to work properly.

It seems text colour and background colour is both set to white and only upon hovering on the menu, background shift to black and text become visible. If I change menu theme, hover and drop down color changes, but menu is still white in white.

Any suggestions ?
