Hi,

I have a problem with your JUX CSS mega menu component.
When I want to call a module in a menu link I get an error in Front office, whatever the type of module called.
(see link below)

huchez.sites-web.ovh/fr/

Below is the link where the call to the 'Nouveauté-presentation' module is located
Other links in the menu that call modules are disabled.

huchez.sites-web.ovh/administrator/index...0&layout=edit&id=472

Thanks for your help.

Hi,

Thanks for your intervention.
The error message no longer appears.
But it does not display the 'Nouveauté-presentation' module which is called in 'Select Modules' in the 'Actualité' menu link.
While this module if I position it for example in 'footer' it appears well. (so this module is obviously displayed well outside the mega menu)

thank you in advance for your help

Hi,

I sent you an e-mail about the last problem still encountered.

But I haven't heard from you.
There is always a bug, when you call a module, it does not appear in the menu.
In addition, when you choose a position instead of a module, you get an error message.

Could you let me know when you solved this problem?
Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Hello,

No, nothing is resolved.
Your old version (Joomla3) made it possible to call up the display of a module (or a position) in the sub-menu.
Currently I can't call a module, there is just the submenu that is displayed but in no case the module I am calling.

So could you tell me what I should do or fix this problem?
(the problem is the same if you call a module or a Joomla position)

how it should look : zupimages.net/viewer.php?id=22/49/irr3.png

How it is now (is empty) : zupimages.net/viewer.php?id=22/49/rpm9.png

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Still no news from you on my last message.

It seems to me that the support is not correct to solve existing bugs on your Css mega menu module.

I must say that I am very disappointed to still not have an answer from you.

I would like a little professionalism.

Because I had to deliver the site today and I can't, I will certainly have late penalties through your fault.

It is urgent to give me an answer!

Thanks !

Hi,

Thank you very much for your reply and debugging your Mega menu.

The problem is not completely solved, depending on the type of module it seems that it is not displayed if it is called individually as a module it does not always work, on the other hand when it is called with a position, it works correctly.
I tested on my site.

I would have preferred it to work correctly as before, if possible, the called module is obviously assigned to all the pages of my site to be sure that it is displayed when it is called with your Mega Css3 menu.

Do you think you can do something about it?
(I call a custom Joomla module with Html inside, I leave my configuration with the individual module call, so you can see if it works on the 'Presentation' menu (in French, where there should be have 'news' (the module))

Thanks.
