RTL

How can I modify this menu to work RTL, and I need to change the font size of the item in the sub-menu without affecting the item in the headmenu.

Regarding RTL you can go to the back-end. Adjust "Alignment menu" config.
Want to adjust the dropdown menu font-site. more
# jux_megamenucss3 .megamenu ul.level1 li.megacss3 span.menu-title {
   font-size: 23px;
  }
  on the Advanced tab config "Custom CSS".
