Sub-menu drop-down not working on mobile devices

Hi,

Currently installed here www.bamradionetwork.com/

Works great on Desktops. But on mobile devices, when I click the parent item's arrow, it doesn't expand and show the sub-menu items.

I am using Custom CSS, Bootstrap and enabled No Conflict and JQuery.

I check your site . You did not check the dropdown on mobile. I can not check it.
Note:
I see no conflict JS on your site. Jquery.min.js file loaded 2 times. something that is wrong, it is only allowed to load once.

Step1: go to site www.tennisclub-appelscha.nl/

Step2: Press key CTRL+U

Step3: Press key CTRL+F -> search jquery.min.js

You see it, please delete file library

Ik don't see a posibility to check "Dropdown on mobile" in the module settings.
I do see "Responsive (Yes/No) but if Yes is chosen, the menu is stil not responsive.

Not on mobile phones.
I cant use submenu's and afther clicking on a menuitem I can only navigate to home by clicking on the logo
