It's not cache problem...because the module "TITLE" was displaying in a main bar.
I think you need to see the problem in admin panel.

Just another last point, how can i force my menu font as template body font ?
right now, the menu font is not the same of my template that i set in yootheme template customization panel. How can i force it ?
