Foreground colors not changing

I have installed a css3 mega menu at www.yourarlington.com/ . Scroll down to YourArlington Archives ...

I have changed the foreground colors in the Top Menu Style to a light blue, but the previous color (a shade of red) still shows up.

I checked the .css assets, and I can see the new and the old colors in different files. Can you provide advice about how to make the blue hues show up?

I can send you an image, but all you need do is look at what is publicl;y displayed at www.yourarlington.com/ (scroll down to the red CSS Mega Menu called "YourArlimngton Archive."

I have tried to change the Top Style gradient start color to blue (#2083e6) and the gradient end color top a light shade (#87b0d6), and I see those colors in the .CSS assets, but they are not showing up.

Please turn off the cache of server, Because I add some code and after time, it change but When I remove some code. It still doesn't change. Please check cache on server again. and feedback to me.
