Cannot get any customisation to work or theme

I'm running J 3.4.6 with a Gantry Hydrogen template. Purchased JUXX CSS2 Mega Menu and installed fine. Installed module in navigation and linked it to 'Main Menu' Menu displays but not in the selected menu theme or any customisation. Just get default menu style.

Also the menu does not display over the 'Ken Burns' extension (also purchased) any drop down drops behind the slideshow.

I was getting no where so I raised a members ticket. Sadly though that it not being resolved either.

But If you purchased a single package, You can't create a ticket in member ticket.

NT fixed the menu displaying behind Ken Burns. Conflict with template at:
templates/g5_hydrogen/scss/hydrogen and edit _nav.scss

remove z-index: 2;

Recompile CSS and then it works as expected.
