Flicker on submenu rollover

Hi, when a submenu is passed over all of the menu words jump as if they are affected.

When a module is added to the home page - JomEvents this affects both types of megamenu? Reducing the font size further? You can see this if you move from the home page to another without the JomEvents plugin? Please advise.
