Problem with shopping cart

Hi,
I have installed Dalaco multiple times and I thought I was doing something wrong, maybe I am but I need help. After installing the template using the quickstart, all functionalities are working fine including the Joomshopper. But once I start changing the theme to my desired theme, everything stopped working. When I click on shopping cart nothing happens. I am not sure what I am doing wrong any help will be appreciated.

I am still waiting for a resolution for this reported problem. i cannot continue with this site until this issue is resolved. Also, I noticed that if I add anything to cart and I want to preview cart, I don't see the cart I see the attached page. Please see image

i'm still waiting for help with this reported issue. Is this what it would be like if i decide to renew or buy a new subscription? This is bad business

thank you for your help now it's working. However, I have another problem. The menu its not so visible, do you know how I can make it more visible, thank you. Also can you tell me what you did to fix the issue of the shopping cart for future reference
