Bootstrap

We've been doing a renewal work using "JUX Galiana" and a component which uses Bootstrap v2.
Now we have some layout issues as the template seem to be using Bootstrap v3.

I've asked support team for the component and he said:

"Our component is compatible with Bootstrap 2.3, which comes from Joomla core. So you should use Bootstrap 2.3 Template.
You can check the template provider whether you can switch to bootstrap 2.3 or not."

Can you help me?
