The site is not able to scroll at all on the front end. There appears to be a javascript error.

I check on Chrome and Firefox and see it work fine and still can scroll

I don't know why but my customers still trust Chorme as the standard browser to check for problems.
I did not detect any scrolling issues
I think you trust in other browsers

When I log into the back end it scrolls fine on Safari. Just not the front end website.
