I heard from a friend after testing it on diffrent computers that he had a priblem with scrolling on website when he is using the browser Internet Explorer 11 With windows 10. Anybody experience with this problem and how to solve it ?

I Heard that the problem is at www.pietenfeest.nl . I also installed a cleam joomla and a clean Galiana Template on www.familiefranken.com ( with one test page ) and it seems that there is the Same problem.
