I had the same problem as this person BUT I removed the information in both the address box and in the description box and the Google Map began to display correctly. My question is how to get information into those boxes to be able to show on frontend. It seems to go back to checkerboard if you put anything in those boxes.

I guess I don't understand your answer. Your DEMO shows an address and description for a place. How would that happen when I make my own place marker. Does the address and description somehow get populated automatically? How is this controlled?

Thank You. The key to my problem was NOT to press the <ENTER> key while typing in the Address and Description fields. I believe that I have JUX Google Maps Pro working correctly now. If you want you can take a look at my Frontend at
