Cannot install Google Maps Pro in Joomla 3.9 was created by Dr. Christian Thomas Jirik

It is not possible to install Google Maps Pro under Joomla 3.9. I get the following Messages:

JInstaller: :Install: Can't find XML setup file.

Unable to find install package

Thank you for feedback us
you have to extract it
Inside there is a folder called "Package Install" and inside this folder is the installation package
