we bought this module previously and it worked very well on dev version.
We switched to the dev version to the new url for live version and since thaht it shows the error message No posts found by your specified sources.
But the source didn't changed :
I put the @vooliegebasket without cache media, what could be wrong ?

Admin Tools is the security tool from Akeeba :

The system blocked the feed url : modules/mod_jux_social_instagram_feed/juxinstagram/api/index.php
I added it to exception in htaccess maker.

The problem is that because of hosting and they have instructed to write something into the htaccc file, Olivier can tell our customers more clearly so they can fix the problem ?

you need to read my previous message.
Like i said it's Akeeba Admin Tools the problem, if you don't use such extention you won't have the problem.
If you use it, you need to add an exception directly through the Admin Tools firewall application who will write into htaccess.
