As I previously explained, the product page for the Instagram Feed plugin shows that the popup data should display in this way, but it does not. While I appreciate that you tried to fix this, it breaks other features of the plugin that were required and therefore it does not work in the way advertised on your website.
If the plugin was able to display in the way your product page shows and have the 'Load More' or 'Infinite Scroll' feature, then there would be no issue as that is the way the plugin is described on your product page and that was the reason it was purchased. As it is not able to perform as described on your website, I would like a refund so that I can purchase an alternative plugin that is able to do both which I have found.
