My solution, besides from using 1.0.3, was - to be honest - wait for a day. Somehow it worked after that time.

Hello, Could some one please respond to me on this issue. I have raised a support ticket..yet no replt.
I have purchased this product for a client and they want to see it working. I dont understand this situation. I have download latest version and it does not work.
Understand it maybe a simple issue but i am not looking very good in front of client.

Your immediate action would be appreciated.
