I am having problems with the slider. The language settings are not loading correctly. I have reinstalled and manually copied the files over and it still displays the TPL strings.
In addition to this, is there any way to increase the quality of the images? I am getting a lot granulation and pixelation.
This website is on a development server so I cannot give login information. However, I am able to fix any of the problems so long as you give me some basic instructions. I simply do not have the time right now to look at it and figure out the issues myself.
I think the TPL language issues might be because I originally had the 1.6x version of the slider installed. I uninstalled that and then replaced with the 1.7x version.
Please submit a new ticket by using our support system (

) and if possible, please include in the ticket your site link and administrator account with the highest permission. I will check the ticket and fix this issue as soon as I can.
