How to have one image per category

Hi,
i added your module on this page, www.athos.com.cy/jewellery-collections , and i face two similar problems:

1) On pages with no image, how can i add an image if i don't want to add one on the page?

2) On pages mith many images, how can i arrange which one (and just one, not many), will appear?

PS. There is one more problem, the module does not appear always correctly. Sometimes i can only see the tags, but not the images and links.

Please go to Content -> articles -> Roberto Coin -> tab images and links -> config intro image: select image.
Please check again.
