Search Form in Menu on Demo Page

Hi-
On the JUX Mega Menu Demo Page there is a search form pull-right that collapses into the mobile menu list when in mobile view. Is the search input set up as an actual menu item? How do I do this with JUX Mega Menu?

I am sorry but I am not seeing menu item under type where I can link to a module. Screen Capture attached.
Am I looking in the wrong place?

Thanks you for feedback us,
Step 1: To setup search module display look like menu item, the first create menu item level 0, then choose type module and configuration settings for it (reference image1 and image 2)
Step 2: Creating menu item level 1, 2... configuration settings and do the same with the menu 0 (reference image 3)

the point is that search field shows as a submenu not like on your demo. How to do it?

I was fixing to your request you can see the website: www.siam-translations.com/index.php/en/
To do that you do the following:
B1:
+ you create search module ( you choose extentions tab -> module manager -> new-> select search module).
configuration search module:
box width:8
Button Position:Right
position: megamenu-search.

B2:
+ You create Search Module menu item ( you choose menus tab-> main menu -> create Search module name item -> select menu item type-> choose system links -> text separator)
configuration tab parameters ( jux mega menu extended):
+show title:no
+columns:1
+ group:yes
+additional class: right module-top-search
+ submenu content: modules
+ select modules: search module
