Customizing Mega Menu

hi everyone , can i customize Mega Menu to something like pictures attached?
important things for me is 1. the menu is in a box and always opens in that box (center of screen) 2. Colors and borders

thanks , but its not opening in center of screen , with alignment it will open from center of menu title . for example can you please take a look at "Atlantis computing" menu.
