a menu with ONE item and submenus below when hoovering this item

My website is complex.

I need to create a menu with ONE item >> Start Here
When hoovering or clicking it
a submenu opens down

Please advise how to get it.

The menu is defined:
parent
- sub a
- sub b
- sub c

Regarding your reply, could you please clarify:
when on the desktop, the submenu will appear on the desktop
while on the mobile screen, the submenu will be displayed on the desktop.

This function is irreversible >> Why?

It is becoming quite urgent for me to give a solution
because our users demand it.
