I am unable to create a dedicated ftp login but you have my Joomla Super user account login. Surely that is sufficient to create a menu on a single K2 Item?
I was about to ask for a refund. What sort of lead time do you need to assist? I lodged the query six days ago.

You can assign the menu on the page in the Menu Assignment tab.

To assign the JUX mega menu module to your K2 URL. Please follow the step to step below.
1. Create e menu item link to your K2 URL. Example we have created a menu item "K2 hidden menu" on your main menu.

2. At the menu item/ Link type tab, disable the "Display in Menu" config. That will help you hide that menu item on your main menu.

3. Go to edit the module JUX Mega Menu/ Menu Assignment/ you will see the hidden menu item: "K2 hidden menu"
