Old Categories will not delete with Hikashop Mega Menu

Hi, I have been forced to change my category structure and now I have been forced to stop using the JUX mega menu as it will not clear off the old categories? I have deleted the previous JUX module but when I create a new menu module parts of the old category structure is still there? I am using the Hikashop version.
Please see the attached screen dump of the JUX module structure and my current category structure.

Still no reply after over 48 hours? can someone actually respond to this please.

I have tried everything I can think of, removed your module and re-installed and still getting the same categories which are NOT the correct categories as in my Hikashop tree? there has to be something in memory somewhere so if you can kindly point me to where this may be saved so I can correct this.
