latest articles in columns

I just bought the megamenu extension and I need a little help to setup it up.

1 - I´m using the Latest News Extended module to show the 3 latest article of a certain category which is configured to show the articles one article on top of each other (vertical position). When I add that module to the megamenu is puts the articles in horizontal position - but why if I set megamenu to columns - please check here acontece.com/2e/culinaria

2 - the megamenu seems not to work with JM slideshow responsive please see how the module is not showing up as megamenu is enabled acontece.com/2e/culinaria

1 - yes, that´s what I need. Your screenshot shows 2 lines with 3 articles each, I need 2 columns with 3 articles. Also, to me here it´s a lot messier that you are seeing in there.

What about the conflict problem with the JM slideshow extension?

1 - When the menu is active on the page the JM slideshow disappears
2 - Also If you click the ACONTECEU menu option on acontece.com/2e/culinaria you will see that the left and right arrows of the slideshow will show up over the menu.
