I bought this menu becuase all the documentation said it was easy to configure... but I fail to see where that is. I have it setup at

and as you can see, I can't even control the width of the menu. The marketing stuff also said it comes with 11 different presets but I only have 3 blackwhite, dark blue & red.
So my questions are:
1. How do I set the width of the menu?
2. Where do I get the other 8 presets that were supposed be included?
3. How to I set back ground colors, font size etc... I am not a CSS expert?
4. How to add logo to the Mobile Menu?
