Unite Revolution Slider 2 Error in component plus a whole host of issues

Installed the template and modules/components. Unite Revolution slider didn't work when you went to the components settings to set up. I have had to pay for this extention from them directly as your forum wasnt working yesterday.

I can't get the Noo-portfolio to show on the latest-works position and the template as with all your other templates won't scroll on the safari browser.

I'd like a refund please as it's clearly not fit for purpose.
