plugin cookie on jux metro template

I can not run any plugin for cookies. I've tried both. I do not know if I can put the names of the plugins I've tried. can you help me? thanks

no, I do not want to create anew plugin. I tried two plugins for the question but cookie on your template does not seem to work.
plugins are: Cookies Pro , Folcomedia - Plugin use cookies alert
