How can I get my logo align to the top bar and no overhung into the lower area?

If you want the logo that shows the below:

=> The solution:
Please go to..../templates/jux_merito/local/css/template.css
1.find line 3339 and edit the top as below:
from: top:0px to top: -20px;
.t3-header.affix {
top: -20px;
}

2.
line 3597 edit the value of with as below:
.boxed .t3-wrapper .t3-header.affix {
width: 1240px;
}

3. line 3367 and edit padding-top as below:
.logo {
padding-top: 0px;
}
