How can I display extra fields in your module?

About your question custom jux news wall you can do it all in:
{root}/modules/mod_jux_news_wall/tmpl
- With joomla you can custom all in default.php
- With K2 you can custom all in default/default.php
Note: you can var_dump($item) in foreach loop (line 36 to see what you can display)
