One Template - Quickstart Install

Hi, I have a standard membership which I believe comes with one professional Quickstart install. Would it be possible to use this for the One Template. I have tried installing via Template but not having a lot of joy.

To professionaly install can you clarify what hosting/ftp details you would need from me?

I've tried a couple of times but with no joy, bears no resemblance to the template as shown and I've spent too much time already on this.

What details do you need from me to perform the quickstart?
