Extension not working

Hello,

After purchasing and downloading the extension, It's impossible to set it up and watch YouTube or Vimeo videos.

I am getting an error message.

Can anybody help me overcome this problem?

It's very sad that I paid to buy an extension that doesn't work...

It's even worse that I wrote to the developer 5 times since Feb. 1st, reported the problem and received no answer...
