I recently purchased a subscription and downloaded the Portfolio Package. I installed it fine, but it's not pulling in the thumbnails and items in the category that I chose for the module. It's giving me this code

I'm using the latest version of Joomla.

If you can please help me to resolve it would be great.
in testing it, I found it works on the main theme of my site, but the page I want to use it on uses an different theme. So, the module is working, but it's conflicting with this theme. Any idea how I can resolve this?

And about conflict jquery maybe jquery file load two time. You can turn off it at back-end option.
