Buttons not working

I've tried this with and without the jQuery functions on and off.

My error console shows this, "nivoLightbox is not a function" and the zoom button doesn't do anything. However the tag buttons don't work either.

Here is a test version. Only the first two items have articles assigned to them.

I'm not sure what else to try.

Never mind. Had to switch to a different plug in.
