Two Problems: Link and subdesription

I use Portfolio. There are unfortunately two problems:
The links that I want to make from any image to a different content does not work. Even the link to an external site does not work.
Also, the text of the subdescription is not displayed
Please help.

add :echo" in line the code as below:

2. 2. Please enter them description field. hasn't sub description.
