lock Only two categories are activated

Hallo

It is my first time with JUX Portfolio. I can add categories without problem. The thing is only two are visible. Why?
Please help.

Hi,

First, please make sure the configuration is correct:
- All categories are published.
- You select all the category on the Menu Item option or Module options.
If all the configuration is correct, please check the frontend for javascript error, mostly it's because the javascript conflict. You can check it with the developertool of Chrome:
- Open your website with Chrome.
- Press F12 for opening the developer tool.
- See the right bottom corner if there's any error (any red "x" button).
If there's error, please try to disable Porfolio jQuery or other module's jQuery on that page.
If the problem still occur, please let us help you. You should open a ticket at support.joomlaux.com and give us as much information as you can.
