Realty Search Module Not Seeing Extra Fields

So maybe someone has come across this already. So I have an additional field "City" with drop downs for cities. The intent is so that when users use the search modules they can see what is available by city.

The search module will not bring up anything that has the search field entered in. So ie - I went in and added City field under fields. I usse it as a drop-down, the description is empty but I choose 2 cities City One and next line City Two. Search Field selected.

Go into my property, select City One in the new field. save and exit

Now in Preset Find Property Module I turn on extra fields. Refresh the page I am on for properties and the extra field is there so I select the city I want to limit and search by and I get SORRY We don't have any realty for this list yet. There are no other limits set on the search just the city.

Am I missing a step?
