Hi I'm riding my website in two languages and everything is fine but when I see the houses not only displays all the selected language.

I'm creating each home twice one for each language, but the website does not discriminate by language.

You have to translate your text.
Here, you create a new properties is wrong.
So, you need to have a function to change language default when you want to change language on site.

I do not understand your answer. if I think a house in Spanish, the description is in Spanish, to create that description in another language have to create another home in that other language and that selecting the correct language comes home. if I believe a single dwelling as changing the description language to change the language in joomla?
