Contact Agent Form Error 500

hello my client is getting a 500 error when customers are trying to contact the agents from the contact form on the properties. I have attached a screenshot

I'm from pre-sale support department.
I've just checked your account and it showed that you have purchased 2 products from us which are:
1. Background video
2. Real Estate Extension.

Because you have purchased single products so you can not renew support from us. Just member who have joined our membership will be able to renewal.
So if you want to get support from us, you can join our membership. Otherwise you might need to pay for support fee if your requirement need to spend a lot of time to fix.

Hello the same 500 error still gets thrown and not fixed by visiting www.keicommercial.co.za/index.php/proper...roperty-brokers.html and sending an email to anyone of the brokers when we hit submit button...

- I change line code from 93 to 111 in folder components/com_jux_real_estate/views/agentrealties/tmpl/default_agent.php
