Adding custom property banners

How does one add the different banners at the top right corner on properties e.g sold, Rent, On sale?

On the screenshot you will see banners sale / rent, i edited the banners code depending on the Sale status (sale/sold) option on the Realty settings, when one chooses sold status , it will display rent and sale option will display sale. Now i wanted to add a Sold banner and am stuck, or if there is another easier way to do it, will appreciate.

From what you can see i managed to display a sale and rent banner depending on the property category, now when the client sells a property he wants to now update the sale banner of that particular property to a sold banner. Or is there a way to control the banners from the component settings?

If u have skype i can call you there maybe we can understand one another faster.
