Facebook not working? please help

No matter what i try, i can't get the facebook albums to load... please help.
Been searching all over this forum for help but everything i see a topic that would help, the admin always asks for super-admin access and no solutions are posted anywhere.

I paid for support and the ticket system doesn't work no more, please help me out here

Just for info, i managed to get the youtube Feed working fine... I also installed Facebook feed and this one loads properly but when i click on photos or any other tab for matter i get the " No search results for given source. Please, check the input data and make sure the page is open for public access" error.
The page IS public

I really want to get this working asap, my client is starting to lose patience with this.
