Jux PopUp does not show

Hello!
If I enable JuxPopUp website is blocked .. I mean, the page wont scroll down but no popup is showing. I set cache off, and I tried anonymous navigation but still I am not able to let It work!

*EDIT* I changed template just to see if the problem was in It... It is not working even with default Joomla template (Protostar)

what can I do?
