Tagged usernames do not appear in posts

A client of mine has your plugin on their website paulettwines.com.au/index.php
The usernames in the post do not appear for some reason.

The plugin is at the bottom of the website.

This is a live website and the client has several events coming up, so they are requesting this to be addressed as soon as possible.

I am not able to attache an image for some reason. Is there something i am not seeing????

You can see the plugin at the bottom right of the website www.paulettwines.com.au , and if you click on the link in fb feed you will see the actual post.

The usernames are something like @[178461062181275:274:Jim Barry Wines] , instead of being just normal linked Jim Barry Wines.

I have also noticed that clicking on the feed opens the link in the same page. Is there a way to make it appear in a new tab/page???

I have tried with our product and it also seems to have similar problems. I checked to returns the data via API Facebook and it also has problems, we are reviewing and will update if possible.
