Directional icons disappear on mouseover was created by Othniel Harris

When I mouseover the lower left of social tabs, so as to move up or down, the arrows or icons disappear. How can I correct this? See attached image

Hi,
You can view attachment, CSS of Social Tabs overwritten by CSS of template.
You can disable it!
