Social Tabs not responsive

At a screen size width of 1024 the social tabs does not appear to be responsive.

I have edited, please check again.
1. Titile Facebook. it conflict css. I edit file dcsmt.css(line 245)
2. Responsive: we have adjusted default.php JS file. This problem is relatively difficult, we tried very hard to solve. may result not as you expect. Thanks
