Facebook & Twitter not working

Hi

I just purchased and configured JUX Social Tabs, as per the user guide. I have managed to get YouTube and LinkedIN working, but both Facebook and Twitter don't feed through to the module:

ecounesco.ie/eco-unesco-about-us

I have entered theFacebook ID correctly. For Twitter, I have correctly entered the Twitter ID, Consumer Key, Consumer Secret, Access token and Access Token Secret correctly. See attached screenshot

Why is this?
