Hello there. I just purchased and installed JUX Testimonial Pro. It turns out that some of the fields are missing in the "Submit your Testimonial" lightbox. prnt.sc/V5Tp5vEU_Ain

I need the amount of stars, and the (job) position to be there.

What could I do to fix the double scroll bars?
And how do I fix the stars, stacked mostly on top of each other?
